Remote consultations can cover any and all topics related to mold, mycotoxins, bacteria, endotoxins, VOCs, EMFs and more. I am happy to discuss a broad range of topics including DIY mold testing and biotoxin testing, checking for moisture sources, mold removal protocols, DIY remediation, whole home sanitization, mold prevention, leak prevention, and more! I have worked with over 500 unique clients worldwide, every situation unique.
I offer the following consultation packages for new clients:
Basic Support
- Basic support includes 3 hours of phone/video support as well as answering quick questions over text or email for a 30 day period. This package is most utilized by clients who have a specific situation and need a shorter period of guidance and check ins.
- Package price = $300
- 30 day period starts the day of our first consultation.
Mid-Level Support
- Mid-level support includes 6 hours of phone/video support as well as answering quick questions over text or email for a 90 day period. This package is more suitable for clients who have a specific situation but need more support than the basic plan offers and a longer period of available time.
- Package price = $600
- 90 day period starts the day of our first consultation.
Project Based Support
Some clients hire me on as a consultant for an entire project. These might include a remediation, building a home, searching for a new home, or a start to finish DIY project. Pricing is based on estimated number of hours, level of support needed, etc… Contact me for a quote.
“As Needed” Support
When clients just need quick phone / video check ins or email/text support here and there, I do offer those at a base rate of $35 plus $1 per minute per session.

As such, I do offer a limited number of phone calls with individuals who just need someone to listen. Someone to talk through “life after mold” and moving on from a traumatic mold experience.
