I work with clients all over the world, not just throughout the United States. I have clients in India, South Africa, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Chile, Paraguay, Germany, and Canada. Please do not hesitate to reach out from wherever you are in the world.
Email / Phone Consultation
I do respond to emailed questions related to mold but if your question requires more than a 5 minute response, I classify that as an email mold help consultation. I know this might sound odd but I receive over 100 emails per week asking for help. I will send you my rate based on your question(s) and we can go from there.
I typically am able to offer a phone consultation for your individual situation. Current rates for new clients are $60 for the first 30 minutes with an additional $1 per minute thereafter. A $60 minimum applies to the initial consult. Payment is due in advance and any overage will be immediately refunded. Returning clients are billed at $1 a minute. In-Person Consultations
I offer limited scope in-person inspections and testing in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. I also offer consultations on remediation plans and post-remediation air and content cleaning for mold sensitive individuals. Rates vary based on your individual situation, needs, and goals. I do not have a one sized fits all approach to inspections and consultations. Every situation is unique. My goal is to keep things affordable, practical, and straightforward. I want to get you the best possible outcome within your individual parameters coupled with my professional recommendations. Due to scheduling limitations I do not currently work with clients who are involved in mold litigation or planning on bringing a lawsuit against a landlord or builder outside of a consult role.
Mold Test Review
I offer consultations to help you interpret your mold test results. My fee ranges from $50-$150 depending on which mold test(s) you used and how detailed your results are. I send you a written evaluation of your mold test results, a brief recommendation on next steps, and from there you can determine your best course of action.

I have been through the wringer with mold. I have a lot of close, personal friends who have been through mold. I have lost everything. I have encountered leaks and mold time and time again. I have rebuilt my life as a single self employed mom after mold tried to kill me.
So I get it. I completely understand your worry, your frustration, the uncertainly, the fear, and everything in between. I understand the stress mold can bring to a marriage. I understand the chaos it can bring to parenting.
As such, I do offer a limited number of phone calls with individuals who just need someone to listen. Someone to talk through “life after mold” and moving on from a traumatic mold experience.
